I read a really good quote recently that said, 🌼"it's poor spiritual hygiene to allow everyone access to you"🌼 and it genuinely hit me so hard. I've been such a people pleaser my whole life, if I get a text, if my phone rings, if someone asks me to do something for them, I instantly felt obligated to answer right away & say yes for fear of coming across rude or hurting someone's feelings, even if it was someone I know I don't really want in my life or has caused me pain in the past, but in the last while I have stepped back and remembered that it's actually ok to take your time and not answer straight away or mayb not answer at all, to say no and not have to give a reason, with social media, from messanger to snapchat, to instagram messages we have constant access to eachother, being mindful of how and when to step back from that is a really big lesson for me. Nobody is obligated to answer texts, phone calls or give you their time whenever it is requested and they don't need a reason.

🙏Firsty I would like to say a huge thank you to all my clients and I hope you know you are greatly appreciated, I just wanted to share a small issue with respect to my business and others🙏
I know as a mam, working full time, bringing kids to activities, trying to have a social life etc, that things can get hectic, but I just wanted to shed some light on an issue that I'm sure loads of self employed guys and gals experience. ✨️Cancelling last minute✨️ (This post is not aimed at anyone and hasn't been a huge issue as of late for me but still I feel needs to be said)
Honestly I understand shit happens, we get sick, stuff comes up etc, the cancelling isn't really the issue, it's the not honouring the cancellation policy, If I have to cancel last minute on an appointment you can be sure I drop the money in or revolut it without saying beforehand "I'll send you the money" because we're almost always going to say "look don't worry about it" but the fact is simple, if you don't show up, we don't get paid. I have a cancellation policy and I can honestly say I RARELY implement it, my own fault yes but also we genuinely want to keep you as a client and want you to feel you can come back to us without money being some weird issue. But as you can see⬆️, cancelling and not paying for the hour you took really adds up. If you work in a shop or pub etc & customers dont come in today, you still get your wage. So please just be aware of this when you are going for your nails, hair, massage, facial, PT session etc. We love your custom and want you to return but out of common decency if you cancel within 24 hours, pay for you app without us having to ask🙏❤️

𝓣𝓱𝓪𝓷𝓴 𝔂𝓸𝓾 2022

🍄 Just finished my first week back to work in 2023, I'm looking back over this past year, my first year working for myself in my beloved little studio, I can't help but feel an immense sense of gratitude for everyone who came through my door and excitment for what's to come in 2023.
🍄 I met some amazing new people, deepened my connection and friendship with old friends and enjoyed some wonderful gatherings, ceremonies and celebrations.
🍄 2022 was a year of learning, training, exploring new modalities of healing and settling into my new space, figuring out what it is I can offer my clients and the community. There were many days of tears, questioning my purpose and worries around what the heck I was at🤣 But like I always say "if you get nervous, focus on service" and all will come good.
🍄2023 will be whatever it will be. I have some goals of course but right now I'll be continuing my work and promise to always give my clients wether it be 1:1 or groups my very best with an open heart, compassion and friendship when it's needed.

Hey All
So I've been super quiet on the group classes recently. Truthfully I've been so enjoying my 1:1 work and the time just kept passing and all of a sudden it's months since I've held group space. Anywhooo, I have two upcoming events to offer, with Christmas coming it's easy to cancel apps and not mind ourselves, when truly taking a step back and nourishing our emotional and spiritual needs is of upmost importance. The Meditation class kind of took a back seat so going forward I will be offering maybe two Meditation & Sound baths a month.
✨️Nov. 30th will be Meditation & Sound bath at 7:30pm spaces are limited and booking is essential. Drop me a DM for a spot
✨️Dec 2nd will be a Women's Circle from 5pm-8pm and again booking is essential
I look forward to holding group space again

Incase you ever think, "nobody cares what I ate for breakfast, or that I went to the gym 3 times this week, nobody cares that I did that cliff walk or went to this café or met this friend etc" I'm here to tell you I care. I absolutely LOVE seeing your posts and stories, seeing you share pictures of things that made/make you happy and light up your life. I love seeing the video of your babies first steps, or their day in the park or your dogs walk on the beach or the picture of you and your other half sharing special moments. Social media is an awesome way to connect once your following and engaging in content that isn't hurtful to you or your emotional & spiritual health.. It is so easy to isolate ourselves, sink into these spaces of self pity and think that nobody cares. I do. I care. Show me. Chat to me. Share with me. 😍💜✨️

The incredible women I've met along the way to my teacher Star and to the land that's held me so strongly in all my highs and lows Thank You.
